Purpose

China Sourcing Check helps overseas small buyers interpret imperfect China-sourcing evidence before payment or sample forwarding.

When a buyer has a supplier path, quote, invoice, payment details, or a sample already in China, the next step is not always obvious. The buyer may not know whether the evidence is clear enough, whether the documents match, or whether the sample supports the next decision.

This service is designed to reduce that uncertainty with a focused, buyer-side evidence review.

How experience translates into method

Years of product work inside major Chinese platforms showed what happens when supplier claims, product specifications, order evidence, and delivery promises do not match.

This service compares buyer submissions with relevant public China-side evidence, and shows what matches, what is missing, what conflicts, and what the buyer should request next.

The goal is not to make the buyer's decision. The goal is to give the buyer a clearer view of the evidence before deciding whether to continue, revise, compare, or pause.

China Sourcing Check is a focused, operator-led specialist service.

China-side research, supplier communication, and sample operations are carried out by an authorized local operations team.

The service is deliberately bounded:

• Buyer-side only — no supplier commissions, no supplier recommendation, no sourcing agency relationship
• Evidence-led — reviews are based on submitted and public evidence, not audits or certifications
• Bounded scope — does not replace formal inspection, lab testing, legal review, customs advice, certification, factory audit, or transaction guarantee
