Terms of Service
Contract terms for China Sourcing Check buyer-side evidence review services operated by INNHUE LIMITED.
These terms of service are an operational draft based on user-supplied decisions and business practices. They must be reviewed by a qualified Hong Kong legal professional before being treated as legal advice or final legal drafting. Governing law, dispute resolution, and final liability caps require Hong Kong counsel confirmation.
1. Contracting entity and contact
These terms govern the use of China Sourcing Check services operated by INNHUE LIMITED (茵瑞有限公司), a Hong Kong company.

2. Service definitions and incorporated policies
China Sourcing Check provides two fixed-price buyer-side evidence review services:
- $99 Supplier & First-Order Readiness Review — cross-check of supplier, quote, PI, payment path, communications, product claims, and first-order requirements before first payment
- $199 Local Sample Reality Check — review of comparable sample set already in China before international forwarding
These terms incorporate the Service Rules, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy by reference.
3. Buyer eligibility and authority
By using this service, the buyer confirms:
- Legal capacity to enter into this contract under applicable law
- Authority to submit any third-party materials provided (for example, supplier documents, product information, or communications) without violating confidentiality obligations or third-party rights
- That the buyer is acting as a buyer-side decision-maker, not as a supplier, platform, or logistics provider
4. Buyer responsibilities
The buyer is responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete evidence for review
- Submitting lawful products only
- Declaring sample value accurately where applicable
- Providing correct tracking and identity information
- Giving supplier and courier shipping instructions as needed
- Replying to CSC requests in a timely manner
CSC is not responsible for errors, omissions, or delays caused by inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading buyer submissions.
5. Fees and payment
Service fees are fixed at $99 for Supplier & First-Order Readiness Review and $199 for Local Sample Reality Check.
Separately charged items may include:
- Sample purchase costs
- Supplier or courier shipping within China
- Customs duties, taxes, or import fees
- International forwarding or extra storage
- Repeat review, testing, or special handling beyond standard scope
Payment is collected by INNHUE LIMITED via Airwallex or other designated payment method.
6. Service start and delivery timing
Two-hour unconditional window — A cancellation email sent within two hours of payment receives a full refund. CSC does not begin substantive work during this period.
$99 service — The two-business-day report period starts after payment is matched and minimum required materials are complete. If materials are missing, CSC will notify the buyer within one business day. The buyer then has two calendar days to supplement the case.
$199 service — After the first expected sample arrives, the remaining expected samples have seven calendar days to arrive. The two-business-day report period starts only when all expected samples are received, identified, and matched, or when the buyer confirms in writing that CSC should proceed with the samples already received.
7. Sample ownership, handling, and disposal
Samples remain the property of the buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Destructive actions require written buyer authorization
- Declared value must be confirmed before review
- Seven-day holding — after report delivery, samples are held for seven calendar days by default
- Forwarding, storage, and testing are outside the standard $199 fee unless separately agreed
8. Report ownership and use rights
The buyer may use the purchased report for internal sourcing decisions. CSC retains its templates, methods, and report structure.
The buyer may not misrepresent the report as supplier certification, CSC endorsement, or formal inspection, lab test, or compliance review.
9. Confidentiality and privacy
CSC maintains reasonable confidentiality for case materials. Case files are deleted within 30 calendar days after final report delivery or closure.

10. Disclaimers and excluded professional services
China Sourcing Check provides buyer-side evidence review and next-step guidance. It does not:
- Recommend suppliers or provide sourcing agency services
- Certify suppliers or guarantee supplier performance
- Clear transactions or guarantee delivery
- Prove factory capacity or bulk quality
- Replace formal inspection, lab testing, compliance review, certification, legal advice, customs advice, or factory audits
The buyer remains responsible for all commercial, due-diligence, and compliance decisions.
11. Liability limits
Direct-loss-only structure — CSC's liability is limited to direct losses arising from CSC-controlled failures.
Custody loss rule — For samples lost while in CSC custody, liability is limited to the lower of documented purchase cost and declared sample value accepted by CSC. CSC does not compensate indirect losses.
12. Suspension and refusal rights
CSC may refuse or suspend service for:
- Illegal, unsafe, or prohibited products
- Misleading or incomplete submissions
- Abusive or non-cooperative behavior
- Unsupported categories or pre-approval items not confirmed in advance
Refunds for refused cases follow the Refund Policy.
