How China Sourcing Check processes personal data and case files for buyer-side evidence review services.
This privacy policy is an operational draft based on actual processing practices. It should be reviewed by a qualified Hong Kong legal professional before being treated as legal advice or final legal drafting.

2. Information collected
We collect information necessary to provide evidence review services:
- Identity and contact information — name, email address, and communication details
- Transaction and order matching — payment status, payment reference, and case email matching
- Supplier, order, and sample materials — supplier links, quotes, invoices, payment details, product information, sample descriptions, tracking numbers, communications, and related files
- Files and communications — chat screenshots, photos, videos, documents, and case-related messages
- Device and analytics data — browser type, device type, IP address, and site interaction data where analytics tools are enabled
3. Purposes of processing
We use collected information for:
- Intake and case setup
- Service delivery and report generation
- Payment matching and confirmation
- Communication and support
- Fraud and abuse prevention within bounded scope
- Legal and record obligations
- Site usage and interaction analytics
4. Service providers and roles
We use third-party services to operate the platform:
Tally
Used for intake form submission. Tally processes form data according to its own privacy policy.
Google Workspace
Used for working files, case communication, and case file storage. Access is limited to assigned personnel.
Airwallex
Used for payment processing. Airwallex processes payment transactions. We do not store full card details.
Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
Measurement ID: G-T0KZZC6L3M. Used for site usage and interaction analytics. GA4 may use cookies where enabled.
Microsoft Clarity
Project ID: xfiiacr2dp. Used for site usage and interaction analytics. Clarity may use cookies where enabled.
5. Access and transfers
Access to case files is limited to personnel assigned to the case.
Authorized Hong Kong and mainland China operational access may occur for service delivery. We do not claim unverified hosting geography, encryption standards, or cross-border transfer mechanisms.
6. Retention
- Active working files are deleted within 30 calendar days after final report delivery or case closure
- Backups, if present, rotate out within 90 days
- Earlier deletion may be requested after delivery by contacting hello@chinasourcingcheck.com
We do not claim guaranteed deletion or permanent erasure beyond standard operational practices.
7. No reuse without permission
Customer materials are not used for public examples, marketing, or model training without explicit written permission.
We do not share case details with suppliers, platforms, or third parties unless required for service delivery or legal obligation.
8. Cookies and analytics controls
GA4 and Clarity may use cookies and similar technologies to collect usage data. Browser controls and provider opt-out mechanisms may affect analytics collection.
We do not claim to have implemented a consent management platform or cookie consent banner. Analytics processing follows the default behavior of each provider's tool.
